When you do travel photography for certain publications you must shoot to communicate to the reader a desire
to travel to that destination. Here are a few examples I shot during a recent travel book assignment.

- In 1973 I got my first SLR a Canon FTB and have never looked backed. I am a former AFP wire photographer and freelance photographer for AP. My work has taken me to all over the world doing assignments mostly in Asia. I was assigned by AP during the tsunami of 2004 and got the first images out to the world press. My work has been published in USA Today, CNN, Dow Jones publications,Washington Post, Miami Herald, BBC, Tacoma Herald Tribune, Asian Wall St. Journal, Asia Week, Insight Guide books, UNDP, Bangkok Post, New Straits Times, Straits Times Singapore, South China Morning Post, Sydney Morning Herald and many more. Commercial clients included Westin Hotel, Equatorial Hotel group, Tan Jung Rhu resorts. Exhibits included, the Malaysian National Art gallery, US embassy 50 years of Malaysia and the Child in Asia exhibit.
